At the bottom of this email is a list of students who have paid for ARML at this point. If you plan to go to ARML and have not yet paid, please take care of that by May 1, as we will close registrations in early May once we have reached capacity. If you have sent a payment but don't show up on this list, please get in touch with us ASAP so we can correct our records.
I will be at practice this Sunday for the first hour or so if you would like to hand me a check or permission slip for ARML. If you plan to bring a check on Sunday, please email to let us know ahead of time if possible. Permission slips that are not handed to me must be mailed to the Florida PO Box on our website. Payments that are not handed to me should be made online in order to ensure you are confirmed for the trip by May 1. Moor will send out a separate email with practice details; I hope to see as many of you there as possible.
Remember, if you are planning to fly to ARML, it must be on one of the previously-announced approved flights, and to be eligible for a flight rebate you must (among other things) forward us your confirmation details by midnight on April 30. Next week I plan to send an email detailing what mode of transportation we understand everyone is using to get to ARML.
Also, please remember to send us your t-shirt designs by May the 4th (be with you). Guidelines were distributed in an earlier email; if you did not receive that email, you can find it at the email archive link on our website.
